Laundryheap Returned My Mixed Wash Dirty and Unfolded Twice

I have used Laundryheap twice , both times asking for a mixed wash, and I have to admit: I'm somewhat let down by the service. My clothing returned at both instances looking as unclean as when I sent them in. They hardly smelt clean, which begs questions about whether they are genuinely washing them at all. Besides that, the clothing had been put back into the bag and returned crumpled and unfolded. Given their fee, I expected far better service. For the lack of quality and attention, it is costly; honestly, from now on I will be searching for a different laundry facility. I absolutely won't be using Laundryheap ever more and I would not advise anyone to use it.
