Rinse Burned My Wedding Suit and Ruined My White Shirt With Makeup Stains
With hopes for expert treatment, I sent Rinse my wedding suit and other delicate items for washing. Rather, they utterly destroyed my cream suit, which returned in three different tones with burn marks on the fabric. Another outfit I sent in was likewise ruined with burned fabric; even though I promised to have it corrected, they returned it with significantly more stains than before. To exacerbate the situation, a white shirt returned with makeup stains on the collar—which was perplexing because I do not wear makeup. They scorched the collar even more after I sent it back for washing, so aggravating. Rinse still doesn't have any answers even charged me for the "redo". I'm so let down and believe they will just keep ruining my clothes. Keep far off!
