Instagram Threads Banned My Account Without Warning

My Instagram Threads account was permanently disabled on October 10, 2026, at around 11:00 a.m., even though I had never posted or sent any messages containing profanity, vulgar language, sexual content, or other inappropriate material. After a “Prove you are human” prompt appeared in the app, I uploaded a photo of my face as requested and entered my password. Approximately one hour later, I received a notification stating that my account had been disabled without any apparent reason.

I was not given any information, warning, or explanation indicating that I had violated any Community Guidelines. I believe my account contained appropriate content and that I used the platform normally. I never posted or commented on anything involving profanity, vulgar language, offensive material, or political content.

I request a clear explanation of why my account was disabled and ask that the necessary investigation be conducted so my account can be reinstated.
