Tesla Wall Connector Charges My Model 3 Very Slowly or Not at All

I have been experiencing a serious problem for about three months with the Tesla Wall Connector that I use for my Tesla Model 3 in Büyükçekmece, Istanbul. The device sometimes does not charge the vehicle at all, and even when it does, it charges very slowly, so I cannot use my car efficiently in daily life. The product number on the device is TPN: 1529455-02-E and the serial number is TSN: PGT22190102506. In addition, I noticed a break on the cable of the Wall Connector, but I do not know whether this affects the charging performance and whether the cable needs to be replaced. I purchased this Wall Connector approximately two years ago from Otomol. Regarding the problem I am experiencing, I have contacted Tesla many times. For about one month I have sent numerous e‑mails and requested support, but despite these applications I have not received any response and no solution has been offered. The problem continues in the same way and I am unable to charge my vehicle properly at home. Since charging the car is critical for my daily usage, I request that Tesla urgently direct a technical team to inspect the Wall Connector and its cable on site, and, if deemed necessary, to replace the device and/or the cable. I kindly ask for my problem to be resolved without further delay.
