Lack of Customer Support for PUBG Mobile by Tencent Games

I’m extremely frustrated with Tencent Games due to the lack of real customer support for PUBG Mobile. There’s no way to directly contact a representative to resolve issues, and the only support available is through automated responses. If you receive an unjust ban, your account—sometimes with years of progress—can be lost permanently, with no option to appeal properly.
It’s disappointing that such a large company doesn’t offer live support or customer service for players, especially when account bans are at stake. I’m requesting Tencent Games to implement a customer support service that allows players to address issues like these directly.
