PUBG Mobile Suspended My Account Without Reason and Offers No Customer Support
Although I have invested a lot of money on PUBG Mobile, I find great annoyance with how readily accounts may be suspended for no apparent cause. The worst aspect is that there is not any consistent customer assistance available to assist with problems like these. I have complained several times and asked questions, but I have never gotten a reply or any fix. They seem indifferent to the athletes who are funding the game. Experiencing so inadequate support for a game I have loved for so long is demoralising. I wouldn't hesitate to switch if another game with superior customer service rolls along. PUBG Mobile has to definitely enhance its support.
