Temu Smart Watch Shutdown Failure


I purchased a Smart Watch from Temu, and sadly, just a month into using it, the device unexpectedly shut down and hasn’t powered back on since. It won't charge, doesn't respond to the power button—absolutely nothing. We’ve looked everywhere for answers and followed all the advice we could find, such as holding the button for 10 seconds, reconnecting the charger, and even trying different outlets, but nothing has resolved the issue. Right now, we're at a loss for what to do next. I had high hopes for this product, but now I find myself with a device that doesn’t work at all. I would greatly value any support or guidance that Temu could offer. I’m contacting you because I truly hope there’s still an opportunity for a proper resolution.
