Temu Refund Problem On My Account

I accidentally placed a wrong order and then canceled it. I received credits (R266) on the Temu app and used them to place a new order. However, I accidentally ordered three sets of curtains. The payment for all three sets was processed, but I was only refunded for one set. Please review my account and resolve the issue accordingly.
