Temu Canceled Order Refund Delayed Nearly Two Months

I placed an order on Temu with the number PO-203-10320436576630548-D01, and I canceled it immediately—before it was even handed over to the carrier. I made the payment with my bank card; since my card operates on the Troy network, Discover appeared as the responsible network on the international side. Despite this, nearly two months have passed and the refund still has not been deposited back into my account.

When I contacted Temu customer service, they only told me to wait 30 days, without providing any concrete solution or clear explanation. My bank and card information have not changed, and being unable to receive my refund for such a long period has caused significant inconvenience.

I request that both Temu and the relevant payment network investigate the reason for this delay, issue my refund to my bank card without further delay, and provide compensation in the form of credit or a gesture of goodwill in my account due to this two-month, unresolved delay.
