I am writing regarding a problem with my Free Fire account connected through Facebook and handled by Garena support. My in‑game account has been bound to another account, and as a result I can no longer access and use my original account with player ID 8270531419. I do not know exactly when this issue started, but I have not been able to use this account for months. When I noticed the problem, I tried to resolve it by resetting my Facebook password and attempting to log in again, but this did not fix the issue. Despite my efforts, the account still appears to be bound to another account and remains inaccessible to me. My expectation from Garena is that my Free Fire account with ID 8270531419 is unbound from the other account and fully returned to me, together with all my progress and items. I kindly request that this situation be investigated and my rightful access to this account be restored as soon as possible.
