Snapchat Account Blocked With SS06 Error

About a week ago my Snapchat account was blocked with the SS06 error. Shortly before this block I was adding many people to my friends, but I did not violate any rules intentionally and I was using only the official Snapchat application. Since the SS06 error appeared, I have completely lost access to my account and its functions. I contacted Snapchat support, but I only receive automatic bot responses that do not solve my problem and do not explain the reason for the block in a clear way. I am asking for a full manual review of my account and for it to be fully unblocked, or at least for a clear explanation of what exactly caused the SS06 block and what I should avoid in the future so that this situation does not happen again.
