On June 14, 2026, at approximately 10:17 PM, I deposited 3800 USDT to my 1win account via the Solana network. The transaction on the Solana blockchain is marked as “Succeeded” and I have both the transaction hash and the sending wallet address (starting with 11Ta…drf) as proof. Despite the transaction being successfully confirmed on the blockchain, my 1win balance has not been updated at all. The deposit does not appear in my account as completed, pending, or failed, and my balance still shows zero, as if no transaction was ever made. This is a very high amount and the lack of reflection on my account is causing me serious concern. After noticing the issue, I contacted 1win support via live chat. However, I received only automated or generic responses and was simply told to wait, without any real investigation, explanation, or concrete steps. No one has given me a clear answer as to why my confirmed Solana transaction has not been credited to my account. I request that 1win immediately conducts a detailed review of this transaction on the blockchain and my account, and promptly credits the missing 3800 USDT to my 1win balance.
