Tempobet Customer Service Said “Fake Account” After My ₺850 Deposit

Today, I made a deposit of ₺850 through Papara, and the last digits of my transaction number are 8802. However, the money I deposited was never credited to my account. When I contacted customer service, they simply replied, “You sent it to a fake account, sorry,” without offering any solution or alternative. I was also not given any opportunity to file a complaint or dispute the transaction. I still have the official payment receipt as proof.
I request that the ₺850 I deposited be credited to my account immediately and that this issue be resolved without further delay.
