Hello, I’m an active Papara user and I’ve been using the Cashback feature regularly. On my Cashback account, I currently have ₺147.49 accumulated, but I’ve been unable to transfer this amount to my savings account despite trying multiple times. Every attempt fails without any clear error or explanation.
This issue has become frustrating and time-consuming. I rely on Papara for seamless financial management, and facing such a basic technical problem undermines the trust I’ve placed in the platform. I’ve made sure everything is updated and functioning on my end, so the problem clearly lies with the Cashback system itself.
I kindly request that this issue be resolved immediately and that the ₺147.49 be successfully transferred to my savings account. Please resolve this issue within 14 days.
