Telegram Won’t Let Me Create Channels or Groups on Android
On my Telegram account that I use on an Android phone, I have been unable to create channels or groups for a long time. Whenever I try to create a channel or a group, I receive a message saying “you don’t have permission,” and the process does not go through.
I have not received any restriction, ban, or warning on my account, and I have not been given any notification indicating such an action. I also have not tried steps like uninstalling and reinstalling the app or using a different account or device yet, because I first want to understand why this restriction exists and whether there is actually any limitation applied to my account.
I am requesting that Telegram restore my permissions to create channels and groups and provide me with a clear explanation of what is causing this restriction.
