Unban My Telegram Account Number

I have been using Telegram through the official app, and about two months ago, I suddenly received the message “your phone number is banned” when trying to log in. Since then, I have not been able to access my Telegram account at all. Before this happened, the only unusual action I remember was joining several groups, but I did not use any unofficial applications or have any malicious intent. I contacted the Telegram support team about this ban, but I have not received any response so far, and my number remains blocked. I kindly request that my phone number be unbanned and my account access restored, or at least that I receive a clear explanation of the reason for this ban so that I can avoid any similar issue in the future.
