On 18 November 2025, a payment of 280 USDT was sent to my Telegram Wallet bot / Telegram in-app wallet (TON Space) as payment for a bouquet order from a customer outside my country. According to the transaction details on Tronscan, the transaction was completed successfully, but these funds never appeared in the balance of my wallet linked to the phone number +380503815***. After noticing that the 280 USDT had not been credited, I contacted the official Telegram Wallet/TON support section in the app and received a message stating that more information was needed to confirm the transaction. On 19 November, I provided all requested information, including photos and screenshots of the transaction and my wallet, as attachments. Since then, I have not received any further reply or clarification, and the funds are still missing from my wallet balance. I kindly request that you review this case, check the status of the 280 USDT transaction, and credit this amount to my Telegram Wallet. If for any reason this is not possible, I ask that you either return the funds to the sender or provide a clear official explanation as to why the amount has not been credited and what steps I can take to resolve this situation.
