Over the past week, I’ve been trying to withdraw funds from the Telegram TON Mine mini-app on my iPhone, and every single attempt has failed. The app prompts an “early withdrawal” commission and I paid ₺1200 each time, but no payout was ever processed. The service claims withdrawals are “guaranteed” within a stated timeframe, yet nothing has arrived.
I attempted to reach support through every in-app channel, but there is no reachable representative and I have received no response. My internet connection, device, and iOS are up to date, and I have not changed my number or settings. This looks like a systematic withdrawal not processing / stuck withdrawal problem that is blocking access to my funds. I am writing from Ankara.
What I Request
Immediate processing of my withdrawal or a clear fix for the payout failure.
Full refund of all fees paid (including each ₺1200 “early withdrawal” charge).
A transparent, written explanation of the root cause and confirmation this will not recur.
