I experienced a problem with the Telegram Ton Mine app on my Android device. The app claimed it would reward me with ton in exchange for certain tasks. At first, a withdrawal of 0.01 ton was approved, but then I was told I had to mine 200 ton before being able to withdraw. After reaching 200 ton, it said the withdrawal period would take 30–60 days unless I made additional payments with ton or stars to shorten the wait. Initially, I paid around ₺600–700 in total, and later they demanded about ₺1500 more in exchange for 5 ton to reduce the withdrawal period to 7 days. I did not trust this and refused to pay. Even after 8 days, the app still shows a 7-day withdrawal period and no payout has been made. There is no customer support available within the app, and I cannot get help. All my payments were made through my phone bill, and I have the receipts. I request that the authorities investigate this app and refund the payments I made.
