I Face Telegram Frozen Account Blocking Access To My Crypto Wallet
About a month ago, I lost my phone, and the next day when I bought a new one, I discovered that my Telegram account had been frozen. I tried logging in multiple times through the app and contacted the support team several times, but I haven’t received any response or resolution.
My account was registered with the phone number +90542*738**, and I also have crypto assets stored in my Telegram Wallet. When I attempted to access my account, I only received a generic message stating that my account had been “suspended due to a violation of Telegram’s policies.” No further explanation was provided. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced such an issue.
I request that my Telegram account be reactivated and that I be granted access to my wallet and funds as soon as possible.
