This morning, when I tried to log into my Telegram account, I was redirected to the home screen. After entering my phone number, I received a message saying, “This phone number is banned.” I was shocked because I have never violated any of Telegram’s rules or used this number for spam, harassment, or any inappropriate behavior.
I immediately sent multiple emails to Telegram support, clearly explaining that I don’t know why the ban occurred and that I haven’t done anything that warrants such an action. But I’ve received no response—not even an acknowledgment.
This is extremely frustrating. I rely on Telegram for important communication, and being blocked without cause and left in the dark is unacceptable. I respectfully request that Telegram lift the ban on my number immediately or at least explain why it was blocked. A platform with this many users should have a more transparent and responsive support system.
