Telegram SMS Verification Not Working Even Though Other Texts Arrive

I have been unable to log in to my Telegram account for some time. When I try to log in from both my mobile phone and tablet using the number 0542 *** ** 17, the verification code never arrives by SMS, so I cannot access my account. The verification page continuously asks me to enter a code, but no code is ever delivered to my phone.

My phone line is active, my phone is turned on, and I receive other SMS messages normally, but the Telegram verification code is the only one that never arrives. Because of this issue, I have been unable to access my account for a long time and cannot reach my important conversations and messages.

I want Telegram to investigate my login issue urgently, restore the ability to send verification codes to my phone number, and provide me with access to my account. If possible, I would also like someone to contact me directly by phone and provide clear information about the cause of the problem and how it can be resolved.
