Telegram Verification Code Sent to Old Device, Blocking Account Access

I have been unable to log in to my long-standing Telegram account for approximately one month. When I try to log in, the verification code is sent to another device that I no longer have access to, and Telegram does not allow a verification code to be sent to my phone number via SMS. As a result, I have no way to access my account. I contacted Telegram’s support team about this issue, but I have not received any response since September 15. I still cannot access my account, and being unable to recover it is causing me significant inconvenience. I am asking Telegram to restore my access by allowing me to verify my identity again using the phone number linked to my account, or to provide a clear and straightforward solution that will allow me to safely recover my account.
