On November 11, 2025, between 21:00 and 22:20, I had a video call on Telegram using my Android device with a user whose username was @B*. During the call, the other person recorded my private images without my consent and later began blackmailing me with those recordings. The call was sexual in nature, and this person demanded money from me, which I did not send. After sending the blackmail messages, they deleted all the messages. The incident took place in Izmir.
I blocked the person on Telegram, and they did not attempt to contact me through any other platform. I believe Telegram’s security and privacy measures are insufficient. I request that the videos recorded by this individual be removed, that their account be investigated, and that stronger security measures be implemented to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
I want my personal safety ensured and my grievance resolved.
