Telegram Account Sent +18 Links Without Permission - Possible Hack

I am writing because my Telegram account appears to have been used without my permission to share inappropriate content. Yesterday, +18 video links were automatically shared from my account into all the groups I am in, even though I did not send or approve these messages myself. I only noticed this after seeing these links in the group chats. I use Telegram on an Android device. As soon as I realized what happened, I logged out of my account to stop any further unauthorized activity. However, I am very concerned that my account security has been compromised and that these links may violate group rules or cause my account to be reported. I request that you urgently investigate this incident, secure my account against unauthorized access, and help ensure that my account is safe to use again. In addition, I ask for your support in removing the links that were shared from my account in the groups, as they were not sent by me and do not reflect my consent or intentions.
