When I try to log in, I see an English message stating that I violated the rules and that, for this reason, my account has been frozen. I did not engage in any unusual or prohibited activity on my account before this situation occurred. So far, I have not been able to use my account for a long time and I have not contacted support through any other channel. I believe this suspension is a mistake.
