My phone number and Telegram account were suddenly frozen on April 13, 2026, without any clear explanation, and the restriction is still ongoing. I have never sent spam messages or knowingly violated Telegram’s terms of service, so I do not understand why these restrictions were placed on my account. I attempted to contact Telegram support through the in-app help section, via email, and through their official website, but my issue remains unresolved and my number is still blocked.
This situation is causing significant disruption because I am unable to use my phone number or access my Telegram account normally.
