Telegram Accoount Hacked And Changed To Foreign Number

I am writing because my Telegram account has been hacked and I urgently need help recovering both my account and all my data. I normally use Telegram on my Android phone and sometimes on my Windows laptop. On 3 September 2026 I realized that I could no longer access my Telegram account with my own phone number. My account’s phone number has been changed to a foreign number, even though I live in India. When I search my name on Telegram, my profile still appears, but it is now linked to a completely different phone number instead of mine. My original phone number registered on Telegram was 7987040*** and my username is @J***i_devanshi. The email address I use is j***[email protected]. The phone number that my account seems to have been changed to is +1 (838) 258‑0***. Because of this unauthorized change, I cannot log in to my account from either my phone or my laptop anymore. This account contains a lot of highly sensitive and very important personal data that I have been preserving for almost five years. Losing access to this account and its data would be a serious problem for me, and I am very worried that my information may be misused by whoever took over the account. I kindly request that my original Telegram account be recovered as soon as possible, that access from the unauthorized foreign number be blocked, and that I regain access to all of my data if possible. I also request that you investigate this security breach on my account and take any necessary steps to protect my information.
