Recovery Of My Hacked Telegram Account

I have been using Telegram on my Android phone (Samsung Galaxy A23 5G) with a phone number starting with +91, and my account was hacked around last week. My Telegram account was taken over, and the email address linked to the account was changed without my permission. Shortly after this change, I was logged out of my account and have not been able to log back in since. When I tried to recover my account, I saw no proper recovery option. The SMS reset option showed that I would need a Premium subscription, which means I currently have no way to regain access to my own account, even though I had extra security enabled before. This situation makes me feel very unsafe, as someone else appears to be using my account and I am unable to secure it. I have already submitted a support form to Telegram and also tried to reach support through other channels, but I have not received any response so far.
