I am using Telegram on a Samsung Galaxy A35 Android phone, and my Telegram account has been hacked. Without my permission, the email address connected to my account was changed, and I am no longer receiving the SMS verification codes needed to log in. Because of this, I have effectively lost complete access to my account.
As soon as I realized what happened, I contacted Telegram support and explained the situation in detail, but so far I have not received any response or assistance. The lack of support is extremely concerning because my Telegram account contains sensitive personal and work-related information, as well as payment-related data that could potentially be misused by the person who gained unauthorized access.
I am very worried about the possibility of identity misuse, scams, or unauthorized activity being carried out through my account while I remain locked out and unable to secure it myself.
I urgently request that Telegram temporarily block or secure the hacked account to prevent any further abuse and immediately begin the recovery process to restore access back to me as the rightful owner. I also request written confirmation regarding the actions taken, the security status of the account, and the outcome of the recovery process.
