Complaint Regarding Telegram Account Creation

I am trying to create a new Telegram account on my Android phone, but I cannot receive the verification code needed to sign up. I have tried registering with my phone number 8008459*** and with my email address galilesh***@gmail.com, but in both cases no code is sent. This problem started recently and I have already tried to sign up at least 10 times. Each time, I reach the verification screen and wait, but I do not receive any SMS on my phone or any email with the code, even though I select my correct contact details. Because of this situation I am completely unable to create and use a Telegram account. I request that you urgently check why verification codes are not being sent to my phone number or email address, and help me activate my account as soon as possible or provide an alternative solution to complete my registration.
