Teka Cannot Provide Spare Part More Than Five Weeeks

I am experiencing a serious problem with my Teka built-in oven in Yalova, Turkey, due to the inability to supply a spare part, which has left me unable to use the product for 5 weeks. The part in question is the commutator for 9 programs. The process has been initiated in my name, Orhan T***, and my contact number is +90 533 216 ** 6*. I contacted the authorized service regarding this issue, and they informed me that the required commutator is not available in stock and must be supplied from abroad. I was told that this process could take approximately 3–5 months or even longer, and no clear or guaranteed time frame was provided. As a result, I have been deprived of using my oven for a long period and still have no certainty about when the problem will be resolved. My clear expectation is that the spare part for my built-in oven be supplied and the product repaired within 2 weeks at the latest. If this is not possible, I request a free replacement of the product so that I can use an operational oven without further delay.
