Tefal X-Force Flex 13.60 Head Broke After Three Uses

I purchased a Tefal X-Force Flex 13.60 Animal TY9A73WO/411 cordless vacuum cleaner via Hepsiburada, and the product was delivered to me on 29 July 2026. I used the product only three times in total, and on the third use, around 10 August, the joint/connection part of the motorized head broke during completely normal use. The product was never dropped, hit, or used in any inappropriate way. After the failure occurred, I took the product to the Tefal authorized service in Avcılar. During their inspection, they stated that the broken part could not be repaired and that the entire motorized head had to be replaced, and that I would need to pay around ₺4,000–5,000 for a new head. They also claimed that this situation was not covered by the warranty and did not provide me with any report or written document. A motorized head of a product that I received less than a month ago and have only used three times breaking during normal use is clearly not user error but a defect in the product. A part such as the motorized head, which carries load and is in constant motion, should be produced from a much more robust and durable material; the fact that it breaks in such a short period shows that the product does not meet expectations in terms of quality and durability. I do not accept being asked to pay for a new head and being told that this is not covered by the warranty for a product that has failed in this way in such a short time. I request from Tefal and Hepsiburada that this product be evaluated as a defective product and that, as a solution, the motorized head be replaced free of charge under warranty or, if this is not possible, that a full refund or a product change be offered, without any cost reflected to me. Otherwise, I state that, as a consumer, I will exercise my legal rights and apply to all relevant official authorities.
