I purchased a Tefal X-Force Flex TY99F1 vacuum cleaner from Vatan Computer in 2025. Within a year, the device broke down... multiple times and is currently in service for the second time. I delivered the product to the authorized service via Vatan Computer on 17 February 2025 with service number 6MS018
