I recently purchased two Tefal Manuel Rondo 500 ml devices, using one without any issues. However, the second one has only been used three times and already has a problem. There is a small part where the blades are attached that looks like a tiny nail, and that part has broken. Without it, the device is completely useless. It's clear that the part broke without any manual contact or excessive force, indicating a manufacturing defect. Unfortunately, I only used the defective device after a long time, so the warranty is no longer valid. However, it's obvious that the device has not been used much. I kindly request a replacement for my defective product and will escalate this issue to anywhere if needed. It's frustrating to encounter a defect with such a well-known brand like Tefal.
