Tefal Ingenio 6X Pan Bottom Separates After Only One Year

The bottom of my Tefal Ingenio 6X pan had been coming apart for about a week, and today it completely detached. I purchased the product through Tefal Online in 2023 and only used it for one year. I previously experienced the same issue with another pan from the same set, but I was told that it was not covered under warranty because the warranty period had expired.

This is the second time I have experienced the same problem with a product from the same brand, and it has seriously disappointed me in terms of both quality and reliability. I chose Tefal because I expected to be able to use its products without problems for a long time, and I do not want to experience this type of issue again.

I request that my purchase associated with order number 2407793026411473 through Tefal Online be reviewed and that the pan in question be considered a defective product and replaced.
