Tefal 6x Induction Pan Set Pops and Cracks Unsettlingly!
I bought a set of pans from Tefal through Trendyol. Each pan in the set makes a popping sound like a burst. Also, I noticed that even though the pan is really hot, the hourglass pattern in the center doesn't go away. At first, I didn't really pay much attention, thinking it might get better after using it once. I thought it would go away after using it a few times, but the sounds are still there even after using it 4-5 times. When I emailed customer service, they told me that they don't do exchanges for online purchases, only returns. After doing some research, I discovered that other people who had the same problem were able to get their products replaced. Tefal's official warranty terms don't mention any of these differences. I want the pans replaced quickly.
