Ordered From Tefal, Got Silence Instead of Products

I bought a set of pans from Tefal during their Mother’s Day sale, thinking I was scoring a good deal from a brand I trust. It’s been 15 days, and I still haven’t received my order. I reached out to customer service four times, and every time I was told they were looking into it, but nobody ever got back to me. I honestly didn’t think a company like Tefal would be this quiet and indifferent. I'm really curious why you can still buy stuff online that's out of stock. This experience has really disappointed me, and I’ve decided—this will be the last time I shop online with Tefal.

The order I placed on 25/04/25 is still under review on 12/05/25! There is never anyone to contact, the only answer is 'we are reviewing it!'

The 7 pans I bought on 25/05/17 still haven't reached me!
