Withdrawals Pending For Months And Account Deleted

I have been using the Namasthe Teen Patti online game and I am facing a serious problem regarding my winning withdrawals that have not been credited to my bank account for more than one month. On 2 March 2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹700, and in the app the order number is shown as 1002753673920260402010***. On 3 March 2026, I again requested a withdrawal and the transaction ID shown in the app is 260303003849. On 4 March 2026, I made another withdrawal request and the transaction ID is 260302010524. In total, these three withdrawals add up to ₹2100. Although these withdrawals were shown as ordered/issued in the app, the money has still not been credited to my bank account till now. For these withdrawals I selected my bank account with account number 9940369*** and IFSC code AIRP00000*** but no amount has been received in this account. I contacted Namasthe Teen Patti customer support and they only replied that it was “still in process”. However, on 31 March they deleted all my accounts and now there is no response from them at all, even though I invested my money and played and won these amounts fairly. My winnings have been held for more than one month without any proper explanation and my account has been removed. I request you to urgently look into this issue and credit the full pending withdrawal amount of ₹2100 (₹700 × 3) to my bank account without any further delay, or provide a clear and valid explanation for this non‑payment and account deletion. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
