Withdrawal And Recharge Issue With Teen Patti Qaeda Master App



I started playing the Teen Patti Qaeda Master game after seeing its advertisements, and recently faced a serious and unacceptable problem regarding withdrawal and recharge. On 23 May, shortly before 2 a.m., I made a recharge of 200 rupees via PhonePe because I was already having problems with withdrawal, and in this process, I ended up losing a total of 254 rupees. Altogether, I have around 1000 rupees involved in the game, including a 500 rupee withdrawal request that has not been properly processed. Despite these transactions, my withdrawal has not been completed correctly, and the money has not been returned to me. I contacted the game’s support team through the application, but I only received automatic, repetitive answers that looked like AI replies and did not solve my problem, which was extremely unsatisfactory and made me seriously question the reliability of this platform. I clearly state that I request the total amount of approximately 1000 rupees, including the 254 rupees lost due to the recharge and withdrawal issue and the 500 rupee pending withdrawal, to be fully refunded to me as soon as possible, and that the withdrawal problem on my account be properly checked and resolved without any further delay. If my problem is not resolved promptly and my money is not refunded in full, I will not hesitate to file formal complaints with the relevant consumer and cybercrime authorities and to take all possible legal steps to protect my rights.
