Teen Patti Cash Money Is Not Received

I am writing to report that my withdrawal money has not been received in my bank account from the Teen Patti Master application. On 11 May, I requested a withdrawal of 500 rupees from my game balance to my Canara Bank account, but the money has still not been credited to my bank account. This is not the only problem; my 2nd and 3rd withdrawal attempts have also not been received in my Canara Bank account, and in total around 530 rupees in withdrawals are missing. The amount is deducted from my game balance, but nothing is reflected in my bank account. I tried to contact Teen Patti Master customer support about these missing withdrawals, but I did not receive any response. There has been no information, no explanation, and no solution from their side. I request that all my pending or missing withdrawal amounts be immediately credited to my Canara Bank account, or that a full refund of these amounts be made without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of why these withdrawal failures happened and assurance that this issue will not repeat.
