I am a customer of Union Bank of India and I recently faced an issue with a net banking transaction linked to the Teen Patti Dhan application. On 13 April at around 16:22, I made a withdrawal of ₹1000 through Teen Patti Dhan using Union Bank net banking, but the amount has not been credited to my Union Bank of India account. There has been no reversal or refund of this ₹1000 so far, and I did not receive any clear confirmation about the status of this transaction within the application or in my bank account. I have not yet been able to resolve this through any support channel. I request that this failed or pending transaction be checked urgently and that the amount of ₹1000 be refunded to my Union Bank of India account as soon as possible. I also ask for a clear confirmation of the action taken regarding this transaction.
