Namasthe Teen Patti ₹15000 Deducted but Chips Not Received

I made an in-app purchase on the Namasthe Teen Patti mobile app on April 20, 2026, using UPI, and an amount of ₹15,000 was deducted from my account. However, the purchased amount was never credited to my game account, and I did not receive the chips I paid for.
After noticing that the chips were not added, I contacted Namasthe Teen Patti support multiple times. Each time, I was given the same response—that my details had been forwarded to the technical team—but there has been no actual resolution or meaningful update, and my issue remains unresolved.
I request that this matter be handled urgently by either issuing a full refund of ₹15,000 to my original payment method or immediately crediting the corresponding chips to my Namasthe Teen Patti account. I expect a clear update and prompt resolution, as my funds have been deducted without receiving the service I paid for.

The transaction was successful, but the deposit has not been added.
