I am using the Namste Teen Patti mobile application on an Android phone. On 24 February at 9:47 AM and on 25 February at 4:26 AM, I made two separate withdrawal requests of 500 rupees each, for a total of 1000 rupees, to my bank account. Inside the app, both withdrawals are shown as already done, but no money has been received in my bank account. I contacted Namste Teen Patti customer support about this issue, but my problem is still not solved and the amount is still missing. I am very worried because this is my hard‑earned money. I request that my total 1000 rupees, from the two withdrawals of 500 rupees each, be checked and returned to my bank account as soon as possible, or that you clearly explain where this money has gone.
