My ₹5,000 Teen Patti Withdrawal Is Stuck in Processing

I play the Teen Patti game on the Gems platform and recently requested a withdrawal of my winnings. On 31 May at around 04:20 AM, I placed a withdrawal request of ₹5,000 to my bank account with account number 0445700497, IFSC KKBK0002563. The amount was deducted from my game balance, but it has still not been credited to my bank account and the status keeps showing as processing. Despite waiting, the amount has not arrived in my bank, and there has been no clear update in the game regarding this withdrawal. I tried to reach customer support but did not receive any response. I request that my ₹5,000 be immediately credited to my bank account linked to this withdrawal (account ending 0497) or that this withdrawal issue be resolved without any further delay.
