I Was Inconvenienced When My Money Was Taken Without Consent
On July 27, 2025, a withdrawal of ₺2,346 was made from my Akbank account without my knowledge by a company I do not recognize. I noticed this transaction in my account activity on July 28, 2025. I immediately reported the issue to Akbank customer service through the mobile app and created a dispute record under the number 8024823519. So far, I have not received any response from the bank, nor have I been asked to provide any additional information or documents. This amount is financially significant to me — it was literally my last money for food. I urgently request that my grievance be resolved, the withdrawn amount refunded to my account as quickly as possible, and the investigation process completed without delay.
