I Cannot Use My Own Money Because TEB Blocked My Account

I’m attempting to complete a transaction with TEB, but I keep encountering an error message that states, “You cannot proceed, please contact your branch.” I contacted customer service immediately, and they informed me that there are no apparent problems with my account. In the meantime, I have a payment that’s due, and I’m unable to access my own funds. I really struggle to comprehend why I'm being limited in accessing my own money when I have no debts to the bank and all my payments are current. I reached out to both customer service and my local branch, and they both assured me that there’s no problem on their side. How is this possible? I placed my trust in TEB for my financial needs, but now I find myself in a difficult situation, struggling to fulfill my financial obligations. I require a straightforward explanation and a prompt resolution to prevent any additional complications from arising in this situation.
