TEB Bank Failed to Honor Its Discount Promise

On February 3, 2024, I believed the advertisement of TEB Bank's credit card with the Troy logo, which promised a ₺100 discount on apparel or comparable purchases of at least ₺500. I bought a jacket from LC Waikiki's online store for ₺709.99. The conditions indicated that the expenditure must be made via physical or virtual Bonus POS equipment. As there were no other bank or card alternatives available in LC Waikiki's virtual store, I chose my Troy logo credit card number. Despite receiving confirmation of my purchase, the promised ₺100 discount was not reflected in my card transactions or approval. When I contacted TEB Bank, they said that the discount was not offered because the transaction was not completed through Bonus POS. Despite my attempts to settle the situation with LC Waikiki, no solutions were provided. My dissatisfaction with LC Waikiki and TEB Bank stems from their faults, which prevented me from receiving the ₺100 discount. I request that LC Waikiki and TEB Bank resolve the matter and apply the ₺100 discount as promised.

TEB bank is not providing a solution; it's like they are just trying to pacify a child. They did not solve my problem and are practically mocking me by telling me to call again in a month. I am waiting for TEB to apply the discount they promised.

You promised to give 100 TL Bonus points for every 500 TL spent on clothing, food, etc. with the Troy card, and we believed you. Despite meeting the required conditions, why are you not giving me the 300 TL Bonus points that I am entitled to for my three clothing purchases over 500 TL each? In previous conversations, you told us that the Bonus points would be credited on March 8th, which misled us. These actions do not befit TEB bank at all. Please fulfill your promise. Do not treat people like fools.
