I Did Not Get My Money Back From TEB ATM for 22 Days

The remaining ₺1000 from a transaction at a TEB ATM has not been refunded for 22 days. No one has contacted me in any way. If a major bank like TEB cannot even return ₺1000, then I’m sorry, but I no longer consider it a real bank. It has been 22 days with no response, no call, no updates. I even provided the exact date, time, and the branch location of the ATM where the issue occurred, yet no one has followed up and my money still hasn’t been returned. Just a heads-up—TEB is definitely not a bank worth doing business with.
