Unsettling Setup and Customer Service for TCL TV

I just bought a TCL TV, and the setup process using their electronic system has been a complete disaster. It's been four days and I'm still waiting for an appointment to install something. I haven't had the opportunity to try out TCL's product quality yet, but their service is a complete mess. I contacted TCL customer service to request an installation, but they haven't gotten back to me or communicated with me since then. I was so frustrated with the delay that I decided to take action and called them on my own. I was really disappointed with the customer service from System Electronics. They weren't helpful at all and were also really rude and disrespectful.
